Mohan Rathnayake is a visionary entrepreneur, investor, and seasoned travel technology expert, passionate about reshaping the global travel landscape. As the Founder and CEO of TDX360 and SilentiumIT, he has led the development of advanced solutions that help high-end travel brands streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive growth.
Mohan holds an MBA in IT from the University of Moratuwa and a BSc in Management Information Systems (MIS) with Honors from University College Dublin, Ireland. He has also completed specialized training programs in Large-Scale Tech Project Management and Delivery at The George Washington University School of Business, further enhancing his ability to manage complex, high-impact initiatives. Additionally, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Certified ScrumMaster®, blending his technical expertise with project management excellence. His Masters research on “The Role of Project Management Software and Its Impact on Successful IT Project Delivery” underscores his commitment to leveraging technology for transformative results.
With extensive experience working on major projects for some of the world's most prominent travel brands across Canada, Europe, and Australia, Mohan's expertise encompasses a wide range of travel technology solutions, including online booking for hotels, flights, cars, experiences, and tickets. His deep knowledge of GDS integration and API implementations for hotels, cars, tours, and experiences has enabled him to design seamless travel ecosystems tailored to the industry's evolving needs.
In addition to leading TDX360, Mohan is an active investor dedicated to expanding the travel technology ecosystem. His dual roles as CEO and investor allow him to leverage strategic insights, helping travel companies unlock new growth opportunities through technology. Outside of work, Mohan is a coffee enthusiast who enjoys brewing various types of coffee and exploring new flavors. He also finds inspiration in designing indoor and outdoor gardening concepts, bringing creativity and tranquility to his surroundings.

Sanjeewa Rathnayake is a dedicated lawyer and co-founder of SilentiumIT, based in Melbourne, Australia. With a legal career that began in 2001, Sanjeewa practiced Constitutional and Administrative Law in Sri Lanka's Superior Courts. He holds a law degree from Colombo University and has studied at Deakin University and the Australian National University, bringing analytical rigor and a deep understanding of government and agency regulations to our team.
Sanjeewa's fascination with technology and its potential to drive positive change inspired him and his brother, Mohan, to establish SilentiumIT. His expertise in regulatory compliance helps SilentiumIT navigate the complex tech landscape, ensuring we deliver impactful and compliant solutions for our clients.
Outside of work, Sanjeewa is a family man and an audiophile who enjoys listening to music during drives in his electric car and winding down with a gin and tonic-recently developing a particular taste for Japanese gin from Nikka.
